Land Declared Road and Land Acquired for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—Taurikura Drive and Takitimu Drive/State Highway 36, Tauranga City

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council; and

b. Pursuant to section 20 and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice be acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Tauranga City Council

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
