A fee based on full cost recovery will normally be charged for the programme recognition mid-cycle visit at a single site in New Zealand.

(Additional visits may be required if the programme is delivered at more than one site. Actual and reasonable costs will be charged for any additional site visits.)
Exemption
Applicants who apply for registration during the year to 30 June 2017 will be exempt in that year from fees for the issue of a practising certificate.

Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be taken as severance, excepting thereout all the mines, beds, veins and seams of coal, fireclay and other minerals within or under the said land, subject to Certificate B413543.2, to the Coal Mining Licence embodied in Register SA47A/756, and to mining rights created by Conveyances 189924, 184125 and 278155, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
