Notice to Creditors to Claim
Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of STONEWOOD HOMES NEW ZEALAND LIMITED by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 April 2016 at 10.36am.
We fix 21 June 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
