Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Deborah Nobilo, chartered accountant of Nesti & Associates Limited, was appointed liquidator of GIBSON CONSULTANT ENGINEERS LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 8 April 2016 at 9.00am.
