NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 34 — 21 APRIL 2016

The Crown shall have the right to occupy the lease land for the term and, for the avoidance of doubt, such right shall include the right to enter and re-enter the lease land at all times, with or without such vehicles, machinery or materials for the purpose set out in the notice.

Prior to commencement of the project the Crown shall erect a temporary fence for the period of construction of the project to provide adequate security to the balance of the property.

The Crown shall take all reasonable steps to minimise damage to the lease land arising from the Crown’s occupation under the lease and/or the execution of construction of the project.

The Crown shall, at the expiration of the term, or any extended period taken in accordance with the lease, remove all debris arising from the Crown’s occupation under the lease, together with any temporary fences or other improvements required to be erected by the Crown on the lease land during the lease. The Crown shall otherwise restore the lease land to a condition generally in keeping with the character of the lease land prior to entry. The Crown shall complete such work in a good and workmanlike manner.
The land is located at 176 Belfast Road, Belfast and 42–50 Crawford Road, Belfast, Christchurch.

Land Set Apart for Education Purposes—Heriot, Clutha District
Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is to be set apart for education purposes and to remain vested in Her Majesty The Queen on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 20, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired for service lane and shall vest in the Auckland Council; and
b. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be service lane and shall remain vested in the Auckland Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
