of the trust dated 22 June 1983 under section 33 of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957.
The proposed scheme to vary the deed provides:
a. for the term of the shareholders’ representative trustee, who is appointed by the shareholders of Parininihi ki Waitotara Incorporation, to be changed from one year to three years (to bring this in line with the election processes and term for the committee of management of the incorporation who are the other trustees of the trust);
b. the trustees with a general power to vary the deed for administrative and management purposes, not impacting on the core function and purpose (supporting the cultural and educational purposes of the beneficiaries of the trust); and
c. associated consequential changes to the deed.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at New Plymouth on Tuesday 31 May 2016 at 10.00am.
Any person desiring to oppose the scheme must give not less than seven clear days’ notice in writing of their intention to do so to:
a. the Registrar of the High Court at New Plymouth;
b. the trustees, Parininihi ki Waitotara Trust, PO Box 241, New Plymouth 4340 (attention: Jacqui King); and
c. the Attorney-General, Crown Law Office, PO Box 2858, Wellington 6140 (attention: Amy Dixon).

Notice of Entry into Possession of Mortgaged Goods
To: Tauranga Corporate Divisions Limited (formerly Total Control Drilling Limited) (“mortgagor”):
Heartland Bank Limited (“mortgagee”) gives notice, pursuant to section 156 of the Property Law Act 2007, that on 3 February 2016, 4 February 2016 and 7 March 2016 it entered into possession of certain goods mortgaged pursuant to security agreements granted by the mortgagor in favour of the mortgagee dated 28 January 2015 and 3 December 2015 (each a “security agreement”).
The descriptions of the mortgaged goods are:
a. 2007 Ford Ranger XL, Registration No.: EFA523;
b. 2007 Ford Ranger XL, Registration No.: JEN147;
c. 1995 Isuzu truck and crane, Registration No.: BKW654;
d. 1994 Ford Louisville truck with Reich drill, Registration No.: BOR4U;
e. Drill heads and rods;
f. Two Steel tanks on frame;
g. Two Varisco pumps driven by Yanmar engine;
h. Hydraulic powered pump;
i. Manifold;
j. Sleuce machine;
k. Detroit four-cylinder engine powered pump;
l. Detroit six-cylinder engine powered pump;
m. 2011 Kubota powered three-phase generator; and
