Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Hamish John Pryde and Brent Thomas Dickins, accredited insolvency practitioners of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, Chartered Accountants, were appointed liquidators of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 5 April 2016 at 5.00pm.
The liquidators have fixed 13 May 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
