Change of Classification of Part of a Reserve
Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Western Bay of Plenty District Council gives notice that, following a resolution dated 17 December 2015, the classification of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby changed from recreation reserve to local purpose reserve (community use), subject to the provisions of the Act.
