Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Act and having filed with the Registrar the final report on each liquidation, it is intended to remove the companies from the New Zealand Register.

Any objections to the removals, pursuant to section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar of Companies no later than 6 May 2016.

Notice of Intention to Remove Charitable Trust From the Register

I intend to remove the following charitable trust from the Register under section 318(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

I am satisfied that the trust has ceased to carry on business and there is no other reason for the trust to continue in existence or that no liquidator is acting.

PUNA CHAMBERS INC.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal of the above-named trust is delivered to the Registrar by 6 May 2016 (being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice), the Registrar is required to remove the trust from the Register.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act"), and in the matter of CENTRAL CITY BUILDERS HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 320 of the Act, that:

  1. It is intended that the above-named company be removed from the Register, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the duties of the liquidator have been completed and the liquidator has sent to the Registrar the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Act.

  2. Any objections to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be lodged with the Registrar together with the grounds for such objection no later than 6 May 2016.
