The above-named companies were placed into liquidation by special resolutions dated 30 March 2016 at 8.00am.
Tony Leonard Maginness and Kevin David Pitfield were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) or 241(2)(b) of the Act.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, the liquidators do not intend on calling a meeting of creditors.
However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidators of that request, in writing, by 13 April 2016.
