On 18 March 2016 at 9.00am, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer and Michael Lamacraft, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
