Road Realignment—State Highway 1, Ohingaiti–Makohine, Rangitikei District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand:
- Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Crown; and
- Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register WN51D/193 subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987, section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and Gazette Notice 214025.1
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jessica Enoka, Land Information New Zealand, declares that the land described in the Schedule to this notice is set apart for a State primary school, subject to Certificate 8318234.1 and Order in Council 218, and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
