A Proclamation

Pursuant to section 320 of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, and in accordance with a recommendation made by the Māori Land Court to the Minister of Transport, I, Lieutenant General The Right Honourable Sir Jerry Mateparae, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the land described in the Schedule to this notice shall be road vested in the Opotiki District Council.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Opotiki District Council; and

b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and amalgamated with the land in Computer Interest Register 493654.
