Revocation of Notices Under Section 24 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975

Pursuant to section 24(7) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, John Crawshaw, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, revoke the approval of the Rata Alcohol and Other Drug Service and medical practitioner issued under this section on 14 January 2016 (New Zealand Gazette, 14 January 2016, Issue No. 1, Notice No. 2016-go106).

West Rolleston Primary School (584) Board of Trustees Election Notice

Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101(7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Thursday 26 May 2016 as the closing date for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for West Rolleston Primary School (584) Board of Trustees.

I also approve Thursday 2 June 2016 as the date for the first meeting of the Board.

This notice shall take effect the day after publication.

Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board (Plumbing Registration and Licensing) Supervision Amendment Notice 2016

The Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board, under sections 28, 30, and 139 of the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Act 2006 (“Act”), having been guided by the principles set out in section 32 of the Act, issues the following notice to amend the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Plumbing Registration and Licensing) Notice 2010, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 October 2010, No. 143, page 3611.

Notice

Title—This notice is the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board (Plumbing Registration and Licensing) Supervision Amendment Notice 2016.
Commencement—This notice comes into force on 1 May 2016.
Principal notice—This notice amends the Plumbers, Gasfitters and Drainlayers Board (Plumbing Registration and Licensing) Notice 2010 (“principal notice”).
Purpose—The purpose of this notice is:

(a) to revoke the supervision requirements in the principal notice and replace them with new supervision requirements.
Interpretation—(1) In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires:

board means the Plumbers, Gasfitters, and Drainlayers Board.

(2) Any term or expression that is defined in the Act that is used but not defined in this notice has the same meaning as in the Act.
Schedule amended

Paragraph 1 replaced

(1) Paragraph 1 of the principal notice is revoked and the following paragraph is substituted:

"1. Authorised work

A certifying plumber, who holds a current certifying plumber practising licence issued by the board:
