Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (CPIT)—Change of Name

Pursuant to section 162(5) of the Education Act 1989, and following a recommendation from the Council of the Christchurch Polytechnic Institute of Technology (CPIT Aoraki Council), I hereby change the name of that institution to the Ara Institute of Canterbury.

This notice shall come into force on 31 March 2016.

Amendments to the Rules of Casino Table Games

I, Catherine Elizabeth Anyan, Manager Operational Policy, Regulatory Services Group, Department of Internal Affairs, give notice that the Rules of Casino Table Games have been amended pursuant to section 367 of the Gambling Act 2003.

These amendments will take effect on 2 May 2016.

Copies of the amendments may be obtained from the Department of Internal Affairs website www.dia.govt.nz or by writing to Gambling Compliance, Department of Internal Affairs, PO Box 805, Wellington 6140.
