Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act")
On 23 March 2016 at 12.06pm, a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, was passed stating that the company be liquidated and Lloyd James Hayward and Jeffrey Philip Meltzer, insolvency practitioners, be appointed as liquidators.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that the liquidators fix 22 April 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.

Rowan John Chapman and Amanda-Jane Atkins, insolvency practitioners of Chapman Atkins Limited, Level 20, PwC Tower, 188 Quay Street, Auckland 1010, with reference to ESKDALE FREIGHT LIMITED hereby give notice that, on 17 March 2016, Bank of New Zealand appointed them jointly and severally as receivers and managers of specific property of ESKDALE FREIGHT LIMITED under the powers contained in an instrument dated 12 March 2015.
The Receivers and Managers Have Been Appointed in Respect of: All rights and benefits of the company in respect of four sale and purchase contracts entered into by the company (as purchaser) relating to four Mitsubishi trucks.
