On 18 March 2016, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the company be liquidated and that Michael Edwin Kooiman, technical adviser of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 18 March 2016 at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
