Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Auckland Council, pursuant to a Parks, Recreation and Sport Committee resolution dated 18 November 2015, hereby classifies the public reserve land described in the Schedule hereto as a historic reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Cycleway)—State Highway 2, Tauranga Eastern Link, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portions of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (cycleway) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
