Notice That Anti-dumping Duties on Preserved Peaches From Spain May Cease to Apply
Pursuant to section 14(9) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 ("Act"), anti-dumping duties imposed on preserved peaches from Spain will cease to apply to those goods on 4 August 2016, unless at that date the goods are subject to review under section 14(8) of the Act.
Any interested party that might request that the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment initiate a review before the cessation date referred to above should be aware that positive evidence justifying the need for a review must be provided to the chief executive.
Positive evidence justifying the need for a review would need to include reasons and evidence for believing that:
- the expiry of anti-dumping duties would see the continuation or recurrence of dumping of preserved peaches from Spain; and
- such dumping would likely cause the continuation or recurrence of material injury to the New Zealand industry producing preserved peaches.

Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Thames-Coromandel District Council hereby notifies that a resolution was adopted at its ordinary meeting of 24 June 2015 declaring the parcels of land described in the Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
