Tekapo Military Training Area Defence Rural Fire District Constitution and Administration Notice 2003 Amendment No. 2

Pursuant to sections 4(1) and 8(1) of the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977, the National Rural Fire Authority hereby makes the following notice.

Notice

Title and commencement—This notice may be cited as the Tekapo Military Training Area Defence Rural Fire District Constitution and Administration Notice 2003 Amendment No. 2.
This notice comes into force on 1 April 2016.
Amendment of Rural Fire District Notice—The principal notice* is hereby amended by deleting the Schedule and inserting a new Schedule as follows:

Canterbury Land District

All of those parcels of land as delineated on SO 302746 and SO 448942, also shown on plans numbered NRFA 0719 held in the offices of the New Zealand Fire Service at Wellington.

This clause shall be read together with and be deemed to be part of the principal notice.
