14 March 2016 at 10.00am, on the basis that the company has sold its investment property with the result that
there is no reason for the company’s continued incorporation.

Tony Leonard Maginness was appointed liquidator pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Act, the liquidator does not intend to call a meeting of creditors on the basis that
the company is solvent and has no known ongoing debts which have not already been provided for. The directors
have passed a resolution to that effect.

However, should any creditor require that a meeting be convened, please inform the liquidator of that request, in
writing, by 28 March 2016.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 11 April 2016 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company
are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be
