Road to be Stopped and Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Cycleway)—State Highway 2, Tauranga Eastern Link and Te Tumu Road, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to section 116 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand, declares the portion of road described in the Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (cycleway), and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

Land Required for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip)—State Highway 2, Tauranga Eastern Link and Te Tumu Road, Western Bay of Plenty District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Zak Sun, Land Information New Zealand:

a. Pursuant to section 52(1), declares that the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown;

b. Pursuant to section 20, and pursuant to an agreement to that effect having been entered into, declares that the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice is acquired for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown;

c. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown; and

d. Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 52(1), shall be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
