Notice of Amendment to the East Tamaki Methodist Church Burial Ground Closing and Clearance Notice 1975—Chapel Road, Flatbush, Auckland
I, Stewart Jessamine, Acting Director of Public Health, Ministry of Health, acting under delegation from the Minister of Health, amend the East Tamaki Methodist Church Burial Ground Closing and Clearance Notice 1975 (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 February 1975, No. 7, page 190) as follows:
Pursuant to section 44(4) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964 (“Act”) and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the land described in the Schedule to this amending notice is exempt from the provisions of sections 42 and 44 of the Act and may be sold, leased and otherwise diverted to any other purpose.
