Pursuant to Regulation 84 of the Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010, I, Mark Stephen Wogan, acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of WorkSafe New Zealand, hereby give notice that the low voltage fittings or appliances listed in the Schedule below are declared high risk articles, with effect from 1 January 2017.
