NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 24 — 17 MARCH 2016
Notice That Particular Low Voltage or Extra-low Voltage Fittings or Appliances are Declared Medium Risk Articles
Pursuant to Regulation 83 of the Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010, I, Mark Stephen Wogan, acting under delegated authority from the Chief Executive of WorkSafe New Zealand, hereby give notice that the low voltage or extra-low voltage fittings or appliances listed in the Schedule below are declared medium risk articles, with effect from 4 May 2016.
The previous public notice dated 13 January 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 January 2016, Issue No. 5, Notice No. 2016-au302, given pursuant to Regulation 83 of the Electricity Regulations 2010, is revoked and substituted by this notice, effective from 4 May 2016.
