Notice is hereby given that on 11 March 2016 at 10.00am it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be liquidated and that Hilton Joll, chartered accountant of Deloitte, be appointed liquidator.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator will dispense with a meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidator has fixed 29 March 2016 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution.
