The above-named company was placed into liquidation by special resolution of the shareholders on 11 March 2016 at 9.00am.
Gareth Russel Hoole and Clive Robert Bish, Chartered Accountants and CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
