Notice of Intention to Take Land for a Wastewater Pipeline—14 John Glenn Avenue, Rosedale, Auckland
Notice is hereby given that Watercare Services Limited proposes to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1981, a right to drain sewage easement in gross in respect of part of the land described in the Schedule to this notice (“Interest”).
The Interest is required for the construction of a section of the Northern Interceptor wastewater pipeline and is considered essential to increase the capacity and security of the wastewater services in the northern Auckland region.
The owners of the land and those persons with a registered interest in it have been served with a notice of Watercare Services Limited’s intention to take the Interest and advised of their right to object.
Any other person having the right to object may send a written objection to the Registrar, Environment Court, Tribunals Divisions, Justice Department, Private Bag, Postal Centre, Wellington, within 20 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
If any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing will be held with the right of the objector to appear and be heard personally, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be informed of the time and place of the hearing.

A right to drain sewage easement in gross in respect of that area marked “A” on SO 489873, being part of the estate in fee simple in 3295 square metres, more or less, being Lot 56 DP 181692, comprised in Computer Freehold Register NA112D/114.
The land is located at 14 John Glenn Avenue, Rosedale, Auckland 0632.

Notification of the Acquisition and Classification of a Reserve and Addition to the Tangarakau Scenic Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Conservation Partnerships Manager, Taranaki District, Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the land described in the Schedule has been acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes, and further, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, classifies the reserve as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Act, and declares that the reserve is added to the Tangarakau Scenic Reserve.
