Pursuant to section 16A(2) of the Reserves Act 1977, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting on the advice and with the consent of the Executive Council, hereby classifies the land described in the First Schedule as a scientific reserve and declares that the reserve be known as the Mata-au Scientific Reserve and further classifies the Whangapaoa Springs scientific reserve, the land described in the Second Schedule, as a scientific reserve.

Road Realignment—Tuki Tuki Road and Craggy Range Road, Hastings District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Natalie Randrup, Land Information New Zealand
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road and vested in the Hastings District Council;
b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register 308274 subject to Mortgage 9457191.5; and
c. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portions of road adjoining or passing through the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Computer Freehold Register HBJ3/589 subject to Mortgage 9462766.2
