Replacement of the New Zealand Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy
Pursuant to section 12(3)(a) of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000, I, the Honourable Simon Bridges, Minister of Energy and Resources, give notice that I have determined that the existing New Zealand Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (NZEECS) needs to be replaced by a new strategy.
This notice gives public notification that I have made this determination. A notice has been published in daily newspapers and on the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment’s website
www.mbie.govt.nz/info-services/sectors-industries/energy/energy-strategies
A new strategy shall be prepared and issued in accordance with sections 13–17 of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act 2000.

Notice Under the Animal Products Act 1999 and the Food Act 2014 (Notice No. MPI 606)
Pursuant to section 164 of the Animal Products Act 1999 and section 408 of the Food Act 2014, notice is given of the issue on 29 February 2016 of the Animal Products Notice: Raw Milk for Sale to Consumers Regulated Control Scheme, which came into force on 1 March 2016.
A copy of the notice may be inspected free of charge at, or purchased from, the office of the Ministry for Primary Industries, Pastoral House, 25 The Terrace (PO Box 2526), Wellington.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 28 November 2014, which was granted under those Regulations to Mandy Suess in respect of TLC Creche (30228), situated at 1158 River Road, Flagstaff-Hamilton, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.

Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service
Pursuant to Regulation 32(1)(d)(i) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 31 January 2015, which was granted under those Regulations to Julie Bradley in respect of Little Ladybugs Centre (45800), situated at 1 Gillies Avenue, Claudelands, Hamilton.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
