Determination of New Organisms

Pursuant to section 26 of the Hazardous Substances and New Organisms Act 1996 ("Act"), the Environmental Protection Authority ("Authority") hereby determines that

Agathis dammara

is not a new organism for the purpose of the Act.

The Authority has further determined that

Agathis borneensis
Agathis kinabaluensis

are new organisms for the purpose of the Act.
