Revocation of Dissolution of Charitable Trust Board
Section 26(4) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957
The Registrar of Incorporated Societies is satisfied that the dissolution of this trust board ought to be revoked
and has declared accordingly:
TE RUNANGA O AKURA TRUST (15 February 2016).
With this publication such trust is revived from the date of its dissolution (noted above) as if no dissolution had
taken place.

Notice of Claim
This notice is pursuant to section 101(2) of the Public Trust Act 2001.
To all creditors and claimants of Better Television (a company that ceased trading on 31 July 2014):
The sum of $6,542.00 has been paid to Public Trust to hold in the name of the deregistered company.
A claim has now been lodged by the shareholders of Better Television.
Public Trust proposes paying the amount of the claim, less associated costs, to Better Television, subject to no
notice of an alternative claim being received on or prior to 8 April 2016.
