Corrigendum—Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves Specifying the Manner of Disposal

The Director Operations, Lower North Island, Department of Conservation, hereby amends the notice with the above heading dated 5 February 2016 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 February 2016, Issue No. 14, Notice No. 2016-ln755, by deleting in the heading to the Schedule:

"Canterbury Land District—Christchurch City"

and substituting

"Wellington Land District—Kapiti Coast District".

Pursuant to section 52(1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, declares the land described in the Schedule to this notice to be set apart for use in connection with a road (walkway) and shall remain vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
