Civil Aviation Rule Part 93—Special Aerodrome Rules and Noise Abatement Procedures
Pursuant to Civil Aviation Rule Part 93.357(b), the following amendments were designated with effect from 15 March 2016:
The following aerodrome runway right-hand aerodrome traffic circuits are disestablished:
Masterton Sealed RWY 06
Masterton Southern Grass RWY 06R
Masterton Grass RWY 10
The following aerodrome runway right-hand aerodrome traffic circuits are established:
Masterton Sealed RWY 24
Masterton Southern Grass RWY 24L
Masterton Grass RWY 28

Variable Speed Limits—State Highways 16 and 20, Waterview Tunnels and Great North Road Interchange
Pursuant to clause 6.1 of Land Transport Rule: Setting of Speed Limits 2003 (“Rule”) and a delegation from the NZ Transport Agency, I, Glenn Bunting, Network Manager, approve variable speed limits on State Highway 16 and State Highway 20 in accordance with the conditions set out in this notice.
