We, Grant Robert Graham and Neale Jackson, hereby give notice that on 22 February 2016 we were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of the assets and undertaking of the companies pursuant to general security agreements dated 24 February 2014.
Short Description of Property Charged Under the General Security Agreements: All assets and undertaking of the companies.
The Office of the Receivers and Managers is at: KordaMentha, Level 16, 45 Queen Street, Auckland.

Notice of Application for an Order of Early Discharge of Bankruptcy
This document notifies you that, pursuant to Rule 24.37(b) of the High Court Rules 2008:

On 7 April 2016 at 10.00am, an application by Hooper, Greg (also known as Hooper, Gregory Bruce) (“applicant”) for early discharge of bankruptcy will be heard by the High Court at Christchurch. Its reference number is CIV-2014-409-355 and is made pursuant to section 294 of the Insolvency Act 2006.

A creditor who wants to oppose the application must comply with section 297(1) of the Insolvency Act 2006 and must file and serve notice of that intended opposition on the official assignee and the applicant not less than five working days before the applicant’s application for discharge.

The application, affidavit in support and official assignee’s report, filed under section 296 of the Insolvency Act 2006, may be inspected at the registry of the High Court at Christchurch, or at the applicant’s address for service.
