Classification of Reserves and Vesting of Reserves in the Northland Fish and Game Council

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director, Conservation Partnerships, Northern North Island, Department of Conservation, classifies the reserves described in the First Schedule as scenic reserves for the purposes specified in section 19(1)(a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further classifies the reserves described in the Second Schedule as local purpose (wildlife management) reserves, subject to the provisions of the Act, and further vests the reserves described in the Second Schedule in the Northland Fish and Game Council in trust for that purpose.
