Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 ("Act"), notice is hereby given that on 18 December 2015 the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that

be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of nine months from 23 December 2015.
