Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
David John Bridgman, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PHOENIX HOLDINGS TRUST LIMITED (in liquidation) in place of John Michael Gilbert.
The liquidation commenced on 16 November 2015 by resolution of the shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act"), and David John Bridgman and Craig Alexander Sanson were appointed replacement liquidators on 12 February 2016 at 10.08am by a creditors’ resolution under section 243(6) of the Act.
We fix 28 March 2016 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
