Notice of Granting of a Scheduled International Air Service Licence

Pursuant to section 87N(4) of the Civil Aviation Act 1990, sections 41(1) and 42 of the State Sector Act 1988, and a delegation from the Secretary for Transport dated 10 September 2013, I, Sonya van de Geer, Principal Adviser, Aviation and Security, Ministry of Transport, hereby give notice that the Secretary for Transport has exercised the power conferred by section 87N of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 to grant a Scheduled International Air Service Licence to Air India Limited to enable it to commence code-share services to New Zealand.

The licence, which is for an indefinite term, took effect from 11 February 2016.
