Education (Providers of Tertiary Education-Related Services) Notice 2016

Pursuant to section 159B of the Education Act 1989, the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills and Employment gives the following notice:

Notice

Title—This notice may be cited as the Education (Providers of Tertiary Education-Related Services) Notice 2016.
Commencement—This notice applies from the date of its publication.

Providers of Tertiary Education-Related Services

For the purposes of Part 13A of the Education Act 1989, the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills and Employment identifies the following type of body that provides tertiary education-related services as an organisation within the definition of section 159B(1) of the Education Act 1989 for as long as they receive funding for the Māori and Pasifika Trades Training initiative from the Tertiary Education Commission:

Organisations that the Tertiary Education Commission funds as a consortium for the purposes of the Māori and Pasifika Trades Training initiative.
