Control and Management of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve is a Recreation Reserve

Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that the reserve described in the Schedule shall cease to be managed by the Minister of Defence and further declares the reserve is a recreation reserve in the meaning of the Act.
