NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE, No. 121 — 22 DECEMBER 2016
Under section 16(2A) of the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Christchurch City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 3 October 2013, hereby classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto as a local purpose (drainage) reserve, in the Second Schedule hereto as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, in the Third Schedule hereto as a local purpose (landscape) reserve, and in the Fourth Schedule hereto as a local purpose (historic) reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977.

Classification of Reserves
Under the Reserves Act 1977, and a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Christchurch City Council, pursuant to a resolution dated 10 July 2008, hereby classifies the reserve described in the First Schedule hereto as a recreation reserve, and in the Second Schedule hereto as a scenic reserve, all subject to the Reserves Act 1977.
