Revocation of Appointment and Appointment to Control and Manage a Reserve
Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Acting Operations Manager, Picton Office, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Picton Toy Library Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further appoints the Picton Men’s Community Shed to control and manage the said reserve as a local purpose (community building) reserve.

Road Realignment—Jellicoe Street, Te Puke, Western Bay of Plenty District
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand:
a. Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule to this notice to be road vested in the Western Bay of Plenty District Council; and
b. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the portion of road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Part Computer Freehold Register 535764
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
