Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Service

Pursuant to Regulations 17(4)(a) and (b) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 15 January 2016, which was granted under those Regulations to Eva Solt in respect of Absolute Baby And Childcare Centre (60321), situated at 1 Raroa Road, Kelburn, Wellington.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
