This notice is made under the Corrections Act 2004 and takes effect from 11 February 2016.
The Community Work Centre at Ashburton is being relocated from the existing site in Cass Street to a new site in Mona Square. This notice declares the new premises to be a community work centre known as the Mona Square (Ashburton) Community Work Centre and revokes the notice that constituted the Community Work Centre (Cass Street (Ashburton)) Notice 2003 (SR 2003/101).

Primary Maternity Services Amendment Notice 2016
Pursuant to section 88 of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, the Crown issues the following notice.
Notice
- Title—(1) This notice is the Primary Maternity Services Amendment Notice 2016.
(2) In this notice, the Primary Maternity Services Notice 2007, which was published as a Supplement to the New Zealand Gazette, 13 April 2007, No. 41, page 1025, and became effective from 1 July 2007, is called the "principal notice".

Commencement—This notice comes into force on 1 March 2016.

Amendment—The principal notice is amended by revoking Schedule 1 and substituting the new Schedule 1 set out in the Schedule to this notice.

Transitional provision relating to implementation of amendment—(1) The default transitional provisions in clause A12 of the principal notice apply to this amendment.
(2) For the purposes of applying the default transitional provisions, the implementation date for this amendment is 1 July 2015.
