I, John Francis Managh, of Napier, hereby give notice that by resolution of the shareholder of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 February 2016 at 10.30am, I was appointed liquidator.
Pursuant to section 304 of the Companies Act 1993, creditors are invited to file proofs of debt in the liquidation.
Proofs are to be received by us no later than 10 March 2016.
Failure to prove by that date may lead to late claims being excluded from any distribution.

On 3 February 2016 it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that SPECIALIST FIRESTOP CONTRACTORS LIMITED be liquidated and that Kevin John Whitley, of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 February 2016.
