Resignations of Ministers

Her Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has accepted the resignations of

The Right Honourable John Phillip Key

from the Offices of Prime Minister, Minister for National Security and Intelligence, and Minister of Tourism, which took effect at the time of the appointment of a successor Prime Minister on 12 December 2016; and

The Right Honourable Simon William English

from the Offices of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance.
