Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Richard Grant Simpson of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed liquidators of ALMAC FOREST NO 1 LIMITED by special resolution of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 1 December 2016 at 11.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 12 January 2017 as the date on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Pursuant to Section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)
Iain Bruce Shephard and Jessica Jane Kellow, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of the above-named companies, pursuant to special resolutions of shareholders under section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 5 December 2016 at 9.09am.
The liquidators fix 16 January 2017 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims, if not previously submitted, and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
