Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of CIR BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) commenced on 30 November 2016 at 4.28pm, when the members appointed Murray G. Allott, chartered accountant of Christchurch, as liquidator, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, by the passing of a special resolution by entry in the company minute book.
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator will dispense with the meeting of creditors in order to keep costs to a minimum and maximise potential returns to creditors.

On 24 November 2016, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named company be put into voluntary liquidation and that Richard Nicholas Ineson and Andrew James Brady, chartered accountants of Christchurch, be appointed joint and several liquidators for this purpose.
The directors have signed a declaration of solvency.
