Commencement—This notice comes into force on 9 December 2016.

Interpretation—In this notice, unless the context otherwise requires:
Excluded land or buildings is defined in section 16(5) of the Major Events Management Act 2007.
- Clean periods and clean zones—The clean periods and clean zones for each game of the Rugby League World Cup held in 2017 are as follows:
a. In relation to games held at Mount Smart Stadium in Auckland, the clean periods and clean zone set out in Schedule 1;
b. in relation to games held at the Waikato Stadium in Hamilton, the clean periods and clean zone set out in Schedule 2;
c. in relation to games held at the Wellington Regional Stadium in Wellington, the clean periods and clean zone set out in Schedule 3; and
d. in relation to games held at the Christchurch Stadium in Christchurch, the clean periods and clean zone set out in Schedule 4.
- Excluded land and buildings—The clean zones described in the Schedules do not include any excluded land or buildings.

Explanatory note
This notice, which comes into force on 9 December 2016, declares clean places and clean zones at stadiums where games will be played for the Rugby League World Cup held in 2017.

The clean zone is the area shown in the map to clause 2 of this Schedule, being the area consisting of the Mount Smart Domain.
